Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) until June 2025

Salary: £37,227 per annum

Start Date: January 2024

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join a dynamic HR team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both strategic and operational HR initiatives while providing expert advice and guidance to managers and staff across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional HR advice on a range of matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy application.
  • Support managers in handling employee life cycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects that align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices, offering solutions that mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights that inform decision-making.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor or equivalent role.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Experience in advising and supporting managers on complex HR issues.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and data analysis tools.
