Experience

3+ years in a Law Company Specializing in Data Protection

4+ years law degree course in personal data protection.

An interest in Financial Markets

In depth knowledge of GDPR and other privacy regulations and cybersecurity in a corporate environment.

Deliverables

Help to ensure the privacy compliance of the Corporation

GDPR monitoring programs,

Review of the contractual structure, focusing on privacy

Business as usual

Update of the record of processing,

Privacy impact assessments,

Validation of contractual clauses relating to the protection of personal data,
