SAP Change Lead - 12 month contract - Jan Start - Swedish Speaking

Partly remote, on-site in Stockholm, Must be fluent Swedish & English speaking

Responsibilities

• Leadership support and advocacy. Work closely with senior leaders to ensure they are champions of the change
• Follow-up on effectiveness and initiate appropriate measures as required to achieve the required results
• Be active as change manager supporting workstreams within the program

Experience

• 10+ years experience as a Change Lead
• Proven experience as a leader in managing change in a large complex transformation program
• SAP/ERP Implementation experience
• Fluency in English and Swedish in both verbal and written
