REQUIREMENTS

• Expert in implementing and supporting SAP TM modules;
• Experience in at least 2 SAP TM end-to-end implementations;
• Strong understanding of transportation management processes, including Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, and Freight Execution;
• Proven experience in SAP TM configuration, with expertise in defining carrier profiles, transportation zones, and service levels;
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as BN4L, SD, MM, EWM, and PP;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with clients to understand their transportation management processes and requirements;
• Evaluate clients' existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for SAP TM implementation;
• Design and configure SAP TM modules to meet clients' transportation management needs, ensuring compliance with industry best practices;
• Support system integration activities, including mapping and transformation of data between SAP TM and other enterprise systems;
• Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, processes, and procedures;
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP TM system issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions;
