Role: Lending Operations Team Leader

Start: ASAP

Location: Birmingham/Hybrid

Salary: £40k

We are working with a Retail Banking client who are looking for a Team Leader to sit across their Lending Operations area and help shape the function.

Key Skills

• Strong Team Leadership and Team Building Skills
• Understanding of end to end Retail Lending Journeys
• 2+ Years experience within a Lending Operations role previously
• CeMap qualifcation (nice to have)
• Team Player with strong Communication and Stakeholder engagement skills
• Financial Services and ideally knowledge of Residential and Buy to Let Mortgages
