System Engineer - Storage - VMware - Physical Infrastructure - Networking - Ansible/Python - Linux Shell Scripting - France - Hybrid to remote

Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for a System Engineer or DevOps or Site reliability engineering (SRE) with solid technical understanding of IT concepts for at least two of below:

a Storage (HPE 3PAR, HPE Primera, HPE StoreOnce (backup), Veeam, Ceph);

OR

b Virtualization (VMware);

OR

c Operating Systems (RHEL, MS Windows);

OR

d Physical Infrastructure (HPE iLO, rack management systems);

OR

e Networking (Cisco ACI, switching, routing, Firewalling, load balancing).

Also experience in providing L3 support to on-site and working knowledge of

o Ansible;

o Python;

o Linux Shell Scripting.

The System Engineer will provides on site L3 support to the customer's operational teams and contributes to problem root cause analysis and resolution in close collaboration with customer's operational teams and infrastructure architects.

Skills/experience:

ITIL knowledge

Ansible

Python;

Linux Shell Scripting.

• Long Term: 12 Months plus extensions
