About You
We're looking for an ideal candidate who brings the following qualities and experience to the role:
- Proven track record in delivering ambitious B2B commercial targets: Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals, with a focus on consistently exceeding targets.
- Experience in the London insurance market: At least 7+ years of relevant experience, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry.
- Exceptional communication skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including at the C-suite level.
- Self-motivated and driven: A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their success and thrives in an empowered work environment.
- Adaptability in a dynamic landscape: Ability to navigate and excel in a constantly evolving market, with a mindset ready to pivot and adjust to new challenges and opportunities.
- Strong prioritization skills: Capable of managing multiple competing priorities while proactively validating and aligning team and individual goals to maximize revenue potential.
