Systems Requirements Engineer
Location: Bristol (Relocation package available)
Salary: Up to £52,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Pattern: Hybrid working

About the Role:
Join the Land Ceptor Systems Engineering Team and play a pivotal role in supporting the British and Polish Armies. Work to enhance, extend, and tailor system capabilities for both existing and emerging export contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver real impact while solving complex engineering challenges and contributing to cutting-edge military systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and refine customer and system requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and document system design and potential solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery, integration, and certification of designs to meet time, cost, and quality goals.
  • Support in-service capabilities while developing enhancements for future contracts.
  • Collaborate across teams and communicate effectively to drive progress and influence stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

  • Systems engineering experience, with a focus on requirement capture, analysis, and solution design.
  • Adaptability to tackle complex challenges and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage and influence partners.
  • The ability to maintain a clear vision in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
