Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm

Key responsibilities:
- Delivering high quality customer service by telephone
- To answer calls promptly dealing with them in line with procedures, ensuring that productivity and quality targets are met
- To listen carefully ensuring our customer needs are met
- Comply with complex processes and regulations
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic about delivering a seamless customer experience
- Someone who has excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- A problem solver, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Comfortable switching between multiple IT applications with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
