Job Title: Events Marketing Manager

Job Description

Our client are looking for an Event Marketing Manager who is able to fit into a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and has a passion for diving deep into the full event life cycle to drive strategy, execution, and post-event analysis of owned events. In this role you will drive the strategy, execution, and measurement of large-scale events, working with internal partners and vendors to produce world-class events, and performing a deep dive into post-campaign analysis to make sure that all activities are delivering against your set targets. This role will also include collaboration with stakeholders from across all business units to ensure the breadth and depth of services and communities are reflected in our events.

Responsibilities
  • Becoming the primary owner of large-scale events and achieve high levels of success with each one.
  • Communicate progress at various levels in the organisation and gather information from customer outreach.
  • Establish measurable best practices for growing the EU 1P events program which will go towards the long term goals.
  • Set up scalable processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from across each unit within the business.
  • Work with internal partners and vendors to produce industry leading events.
  • Dive deep into post-campaign analysis to ensure activities meet predefined targets.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in owning, building, and scaling 1P events.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Proficiency in account management, campaign management, digital marketing, and B2B sales.
  • Experience with event management, AEM, and Salesforce.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent program management skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer engagement abilities.
