For our client we are looking for a SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Expert.

Tasks:
* Customize systems to align with company-specific HR processes
* Collaborate with HR teams to understand their workflows, needs and challenges
* Analyze existing processes and propose improvements supported by technology
* Identify inefficiencies and design solutions for process optimization

Requirements:
* SAP SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals module)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Nice to Have: Cornerstone experience

Project details:
* Start: ASAP, latest mid January
* Duration: 3months +
* Utilisation: 3-5 days per week
* Location: 100% remote
* Language: English
