Claims Adjuster - US Casualty, Insurance

Salary: Up to £70,000 + discretionary bonus

A Lloyd's Market Insurer is seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their team on a permanent basis to manage US Casualty claims, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities include:
Handling US Casualty claims.
Ensuring compliance with internal and external standards for claims and customer service.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external clients, brokers, and third-party experts.
Sharing market intelligence with the wider Claims team to drive efficiency and informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in the Lloyd's and/or London insurance market.
Proven background in US Casualty Claims handling.
Familiarity with Claims systems such as Electronic Claim File (ECF).
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Beneficial experience includes:
Working towards or having achieved the ACII qualification.
