We are looking for an SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer to join one of our public sector clients.

Rate: Up to £700pd (Inside IR35)

Contract Length: 8 months

Location: occasional travel to London

Essential

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with strong skills in Scripting, configuration, and module customisation.
• SIR Module Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with the Security Incident Response (SIR) module, with a deep understanding of security workflows and incident management best practices.
• Integration and Automation: Demonstrable experience with API integrations and automating security workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• ITSM and ITOM Knowledge: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules to support broader platform initiatives.
• Agile Delivery: Experienced in agile methodologies, capable of contributing to sprint planning, refinement sessions, and regular stand-ups.
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve complex platform issues, with a proactive approach to improving processes.

Desirable

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Experience with additional security-related modules such as Security Operations (SecOps)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module
