Harvey Nash's Scottish based client is now recruiting for a Business Change Analysts to support the analysis to identify change impacts, communication requirements and training needs across two large scale IT programmes.

• Inside of IR35
• 6 - 12 months
• £350 a day
• Hybrid working - 2 days a week onsite in Aberdeen.

Support the IT Change Managers with the design, production and delivery of Change collateral and learning materials.

Skills and Qualifications required:

• Strong Microsoft 365 skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Stream, Yammer, VivaEngage, SharePoint etc.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical skills
• Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle - both Waterfall and Agile.
• Strong experience supporting Business change initiatives
• Agile/Waterfall mythologies
