A fantastic opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide First and Second line support to 160 users working for an interesting company located near Bishop's Stortford, East Herts.

The role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract and is paying up to £40,000 per annum depending on level of experience and is based on-site four days a week with one day working remotely.

The IT Team currently comprises of 2 Desktop Support Engineers and part of this role will be to mentor the existing team members as well as to help implement processes around ITIL.

The Desktop Support Engineer will be required to provide on-site support to 160 users on the following technologies.

Office 365
Windows 10 & 11 Deployment, Support, and maintenance
Microsoft Intune

In addition to having the above, if candidates have experience of helping to implement ITIL processes this would be very beneficial but not essential.
