About the Role:

We are partnering with one of our clients in the North West to bring on a permanent Implementation Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team and play a key role in the successful implementation of our client's software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of SaaS solutions for B2B and/or B2C clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful deployment.
• Manipulate and analyze data using applications such as MS Excel.
• Utilize SQL for data management and reporting.

Necessary Skills:

• Approximately 2-4 years in SaaS implementation.
• B2B/B2C experience .
• Demonstrable acumen in data manipulation using MS Excel or similar applications.
• Proficiency in SQL.

Desirable Skills:

• Skills using CRM solutions such as Salesforce.
• Knowledge and familiarity in the Social Housing sector.

Logistics:

• The role requires presence in Manchester at least 1 day a week.
