Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Workday Altiris, Casper, Jira

Designing, engineering and configuring ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes ServiceNow platform engineering (on premise) with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Rot and Configuration Management and security/regulatory disciplines

Understanding of how to optimise the ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards and convention across the development teams

A strong background of ServiceNow development

Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture would be beneficial

An excellent communicator with the ability to talk on a process level with clients and manage the direction of a distributed development team

Able to work with accurately with a strong attention to detail

Experience of significant on-premise Service Now implementations which span ITSM and security/regulatory disciplines

Experience with ServiceNow table structures and data model

Any licenses or certifications would be beneficial: ITIL, ITSM, EA, JSON, API, REST, XML, SOAP, V3, HR
