Global Delivery Head
As the Global Delivery Head, you will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of our products and services across Northern Europe. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and align with client expectations. In this role, you will represent client delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Delivery Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global delivery strategy focused on data, analytics, generative AI, cloud, infrastructure, security, and digital transformation using cutting-edge technologies and AI.
- Ensure the adoption of best practices and delivery methodologies across all regions.
- Establish and maintain a robust governance framework to proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring smooth, "surprise-free" delivery.
Client Relationship & Account Management:
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Work alongside sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell potential.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and motivate a global delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and delivery teams.
- Align the Riga Delivery Centre's objectives with the broader goals, ensuring seamless integration and synergy.
Project Execution:
- Oversee the entire life cycle of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle technical and operational challenges throughout the project implementation.
- Ensure other entities work in sync with strong governance processes in place.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions consistently.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Profitability & Efficiency:
- Manage customer engagements across various delivery models, ensuring alignment with profitability targets.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement by leveraging the latest technologies in software development and service delivery.
About You:
- 20+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 15 years in delivery management across large global accounts (spanning >1500 people and wide geographical regions).
- Experience in managing diverse types of projects, including:
- Fixed-price projects with SLA-based delivery.
- Multi-vendor/SI program management.
- Offshore delivery management.
- Strong industry connections and a well-established network.
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire, organize, and execute across different global cultures.
