Job Description:

Title: Business Analyst
Location: Antwerp, Belgium
Duration: 12 months freelance contract (extension possible)
Work Mode: Hybrid
Languages: English and Dutch (C2)

• Several years of relevant experience as a business analyst for various ICT projects
• Experience with drawing up business cases and clear progress reporting
• Experience with analysis for integration and development projects
• Experience with multiple simultaneous analyses
• Goes for depth where necessary but maintains the helicopter view
• Actively uses the common analysis tools & techniques
• Empathetic, flexible and communicative team player
• Able to enter into dialogue with all stakeholders
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
• Knowledge of MS Office Packages
• Knowledge of the various Project Management facets (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates)
• Thorough knowledge of Business Engineering; can propose business solutions that are a good combination of Business and Technology knowledge
• Can advise and guide clients on strategy, organizational and IT issues
• Can provide clients with a vision of (technological) developments within their field of expertise, can deal well with a set business target
