Principal Engineer - Offshore Structures

We are seeking a skilled Principal Engineer - Offshore Structures to lead an offshore design team and provide expertise in structural analysis. This role offers a blend of technical challenges, leadership opportunities, and a chance to work on cutting-edge energy transition projects.

• Lead and plan offshore structural design activities.
• Execute and review structural analysis for offshore substructures and topsides.
• Develop technical solutions across various design stages (feasibility to detailed design).
• Mentor and guide junior engineers while managing team deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze complex engineering problems and recommend solutions.

• Strong expertise in offshore structural analysis and design codes (ISO1900, API RP2A, AISC).
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office package AUTOCAD and similar.
• Proficiency with structural software (eg, SESAM Suite, USFOS, ANSYS, SACS).
• Experience with FEM modelling, foundation design, and life extension of brownfield structures.
• Leadership in managing engineering teams and tender processes.
• Degree in Civil, Structural, Offshore, or Aerospace Engineering.
