Production Support Analyst - Client Facing Systems - Trading

Production Support Analyst is required to join a well-known financial services technology organisation to provide support to a critical platform. The role is based in London (5 days in office) and is a permanent position offering up to £50,000.

This is a critical position, that will provide support to an award winning financial technology platform. The platform is a bespoke, Real Time trade and post trade service platform. In the role, this person will provide live support to various external customers working alongside the development team. Experience supporting clients is key, as well as exposure to automated test tools and APIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production support of Real Time systems.
• Experience supporting external clients.
• Automated test tools such as SOAP or REST.
• Exposure to APIs.
