They are currently seeking an SRE Risk and Controls Coordinator to help drive reliability, recoverability and operational efficiency of one or more of their departments' products. What you'll do:
As an SRE Risk and Controls Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the reliability, recoverability and operational efficiency of one or more departments' products. You will be responsible for participating in the firmwide Hygiene program, building and maintaining knowledge of SRE-aligned policy and procedure, coordinating business continuity planning, ensuring quality assurance of various agile squads data center technical recovery planning, among other responsibilities. Your ability to manage documents and spreadsheets effectively while dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence will be key to your success in this role.
. Participation in the firmwide Hygiene program to address End of Life, Cyber Security, Policy and Procedures and stability risks
. Building and maintaining knowledge front to back of SRE-aligned policy and procedure
. Provide coordination for Business continuity planning
. Quality assurance of various agile squads data center technical recovery planning
. Dependency end of life planning to ensure the smooth delivery of continuous improvement
. Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets
. Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, answering queries

A strong client focus with the ability to take ownership of tasks using your initiative is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
