Annual Salary
Contract/Project - Remote

Background

People planning processes and connected digital tools are critical to successful, efficient and compliant operations. They secure that co-workers are available at the right time at the right place to support our operational needs; that schedules are created, made available and kept updated based on co-workers availability; that time cards are created, reviewed and are base for correct salary payment. Our client operates globally, and this role will include supporting countries in different time zones, sometimes outside of your normal working hours.

Today we see development needs related to people planning in several areas:

1. We want to improve flexibility in schedules to increase co-worker retention.
2. The omnichannel landscape creates new demands in the meetings with the customer - we want to update processes and tools to enable co-worker schedules across an omnichannel environment
3. Systems need replacement or upgrade to not risk business continuity - we must replace digital solutions prior to end-of-life dates
4. High complexity due to local labor laws and social partner needs - we want to standardize our people planning processes and tool across markets while securing sufficient degree of localization to fit the market needs.

The transformation program "People Planning Acceleration" is started to resolve these business needs.

Given the scale of the change and accelerated timelines, the internal teams need external support to execute effective Change, Communication, and Training (CCT) strategies. These are critical to ensuring high adoption, reduced resistance to change, and smooth transitions for the workforce across countries.

Requirements:

Be the primary point of contact between the Global Market Engagement team and Global Project Leads, Country Project Managers, and other stakeholders within your assigned cluster for CCT topics (Change, Communication, and Training).

- Supporting and coaching local teams to create and execute change management plans using the local change plan approach.
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement and readiness activities, ensuring alignment with global templates and project goals.
- Identifying and escalating risks/issues related to cluster readiness and addressing dependencies within Market Engagement deliverables.
- Coordinating with Communications and Training leads to resolve challenges and provide best-practice tools, methods, and templates.
- Supporting post-implementation success by assisting the cluster team during hyper-care and beyond.

Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc:

- Proven experience in managing large-scale system implementations involving significant change management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a structured and organized manner.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently within your cluster, supported by a global team.
