Our client is seeking a brilliant and experienced retail fit out Project Manager.

The role is responsible for the full fit out of luxury high retail stores for well known global luxury brand clients.

The role reports into the existing Head of Projects and comes with superb career progression opportunities.

Projects are predominantly London based, time critical and require the ability to work in a pressurised environment. That said, our clients focus is on high end quality and delivery experience for their end clients.

Must Have Requirements:

• Experienced proven project management skills - either with background as contractor, or from formal facilities/estates project management.
• Experienced in fit outs managing all core trade contractors - electrical, plumbing mechanical. This ensures credibility with all.
• Fantastic direct end client facing communications skills to win early trust and to maintain confidence throughout projects.
• UK driving licence.

This role requires someone who is experienced already in fit outs, but also hugely ambitious to deliver high quality at pace and to progress within the organisation as a key member of the Projects team.
