For one of our clients, we are looking for an IT Application Analyst (m/w) SAP SD 80-100% in the St Gallen metropolitan area on a permanent basis.

Location: St Gallen metropolitan area - 4 days in the office

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support for the SAP SD module, including further development and optimization of the Sales and Distribution system landscape.
Design and implement new concepts and solutions within the existing SAP SD module through programming and customizing.
Plan and develop interfaces to integrate with other systems.
Act as a representative for the SAP MDM area, handling its conception and support.
Collaborate closely with internal customers and specialist departments across the group.
Document implemented processes in a clear and detailed manner.
Deliver service-oriented support to employees and customers, addressing disruptions effectively.

Experience:
Degree in (business) computer science, IT vocational training, or a comparable qualification with a focus on sales.
Hands-on experience in programming and customizing within the SAP SD module.
Strong interface knowledge, particularly with the MM and FI modules, as well as expertise in IDOC processing.
Familiarity with material master data, classification, and parts lists.
Business acumen in sales and distribution processes, with several years of relevant experience preferred.
Analytical thinking and an independent, proactive working style.
A strong customer service mindset paired with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in both German and English.
