Job Title: BPO Advisory Director

Salary/Rate: £450/day, outside IR35 or £100,000/year

We are looking for a highly experienced BPO Advisory Director to help our client expand their consultancy services!

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

1. Consulting and Advisory Services:
2. Provide expert consultancy on BPO strategies, conducting in-depth assessments to understand and address client needs.
3. Design customised BPO solutions that align with client goals, leveraging best practices, industry insights, and innovative approaches.
4. Advise clients on optimising their business processes through cutting-edge outsourcing methodologies and transformative technology.
5. Client Engagement and Strategy:
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, positioning the firm as a trusted BPO consultancy partner.
7. Understand each client's unique challenges and develop strategic BPO roadmaps that drive measurable business improvements.
8. Guide clients through complex decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
9. Project Management:
10. Oversee and direct BPO consulting projects from inception to successful delivery, maintaining quality and timelines.
11. Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, managing resources and budgets effectively.
12. Lead project teams and provide guidance on best practices for successful project execution.
13. Business Development and Consultancy Growth:

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Extensive experience in BPO, with strong experience in a senior consultancy or advisory leadership role.
2. Proven track record in BPO consultancy, with experience delivering strategic advisory services and managing complex projects.
3. Strong expertise in BPO methodologies, consulting frameworks, and outsourcing technologies.
4. Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and business process mapping software.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
