Required qualifications:

• Project or program management certification
• Proven successful experience of 5+ years in different roles in the domain of project or programme management

Role & responsibilities of the Program Manager:

• Lead the transformation of the company data framework from a supervisory role to a leadership role at the level of data management, data systems, data usage, data security, and data technology.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for data capabilities and maturity levels, aligning with the corporate roadmap.
• Drive action-oriented initiatives to implement and sustain the data strategy, ensuring a structured long-term solution.
• Provide detailed insights into the status of data domains, including available datasets and their maturity levels.
• Collaborate with various departments to embed data capabilities across the organization and achieve a minimum standard for data quality.
• Document and validate the data strategy vision in more detail with senior leadership, including the CEO and CIO.
• Conduct multiple sessions with senior managers to ensure understanding and buy-in of the data strategy concepts.
