For our client we are looking for an HR IT Expert.

Tasks:
* Customize systems to align with company-specific HR processes
* Collaborate with HR teams to understand their workflows, needs, and challenges
* Analyze existing processes and propose improvements supported by technology
* Identify inefficiencies and design solutions for process optimization

Requirements:
* Knowledge of HR processes eRecruitment, payroll (Swiss Payroll), and performance management
* Very good Knowledge in HR softwares like SAP SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals module), Cornerstone, ProConcept
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Details:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 3 months
* Utilisation:3-5 days/week
* Location: 100% remote
* Language: English
