Atlassian Tool Expert

Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires an experienced Atlassian Tool Expert to be based in their client's offices in Reading or Hammersmith, UK.

This is a hybrid role - you can work remotely in the UK and attend the Reading or Hammersmith offices 1 - 2 days per week.

This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start ASAP.

Day rate: Competitive Market rate.

Key Requirements:

• ITSM experience especially with Atlassian tools like JSM, OpsGenie, COMPASS
• Administration/configuration of JSM and integration with OpsGenie, Compass, etc
• Ensure JSM administration and development work is managed and implemented in a controlled and timely manner whilst enabling the adoption of the full functionality of the JSM solution including integration to solutions such as OpsGenie, PagerDuty, Jenkins, Teamcity, Bitbucket, Confluence, and other Jira projects
• Work with the current DevSecOps collaboration tools to handle Jira Service Management work backlog
• Excellent communication skills and might be facing C level executives too
