About the Role
Join our client team as an Alarm Monitoring Agent, where you'll proactively monitor customer equipment, deliver first-line technical support, and ensure exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer equipment to prevent and resolve faults.
- Provide first-line technical support and log/update tickets accurately.
- Collaborate with teams to meet SLAs and performance targets.
- Communicate effectively with customers, handling updates and escalations.
Essential Skills
- Technical fault coordination with IT/communications knowledge.
- Strong customer focus and PC skills (MS Office).
- Ability to perform under pressure in dynamic settings.
- Experience using Salesforce and event management systems.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Salesforce or alarm tools like Manitou and What's Up Gold.
Eligibility
- Must be eligible for BPSS clearance.
