URGENT - Performance Test Lead - Jmeter - Long Term

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead to take the helm of performance testing for a transformative Middleware platform with one of our biggest European customers. This system is at the heart of enabling secure, scalable, and sustainable data sharing across multiple ecosystems.

In this pivotal role, you will define the testing strategy, shape the testing scope, and ensure the platform meets the high standards needed to perform reliably in real-world conditions. As a Performance Test Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing advanced performance tests. You will also use JMeter to simulate complex user behaviours, execute high-load and stress tests, and identify potential bottlenecks or risks. Beyond testing, you will collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to drive resolutions and optimise system performance across cloud-to-edge environments.

To succeed in this role, you must bring proven hands-on experience in defining performance test strategies and scopes for complex systems. Your ability to turn performance data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations will be critical. An expert-level knowledge of JMeter will also be integral to success in this position.
