Head of Data and Analytics is required by a global IT organisation to shape their data strategy, lead solutioning, and oversee a predominantly Microsoft-centric IT estate, delivering data excellence across the organization.

You will be responsible for:

• Implementing enhancements to financial reconciliation processes.
• Improving reporting strategies.
• Leading and managing a team of data professionals, driving innovation and collaboration across Europe and beyond.
• Fixing and enhancing the existing Databricks implementation for maximum efficiency.
• Establishing a comprehensive view of all data sources across the organization.
• Improving Power BI automation processes.
• Introducing AI-as-a-Service to revolutionize operations, integrating cutting-edge knowledge graph technologies based on Neo4j to unlock advanced insights.

Required experience:

• Proven experience in leading data and analytics functions based on Microsoft technologies.
• A track record of fixing and optimizing complex data processes.
• Hands on experience in data and analytics including experience in AI and knowledge graphs technology.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
