Our Client is looking for highly skilled Business Analyst to join the journey working on an exciting and long term project based in Luxembourg. If you're passionate about analysing business needs, collaborating with users, and ensuring smooth IT solutions, we'd love to hear from you!

On Your Day-to-Day:

• Be the go-to person for supporting PJ users with Serapis and other lending applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and track IT ticket progress.
• Create helpful user documentation, guides, and FAQs.
• Draft key project documents like business cases and user stories.
• Oversee project delivery and track the resolution of any issues that come up.

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in finance or lending.
• Familiarity with Front Office Lending Applications (Serapis, PEGA, or similar).
• Experience with software testing and project documentation.
