Trade Surveillance Business Analyst
Operate as a Senior BA to drive global trade surveillance strategy and execution within the IT function, working closely with Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders to develop product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis on regulatory-focused technology initiatives
- Define and document user requirements for trade surveillance
- Manage multiple regulatory sub-projects and deadlines
- Collaborate with Product Owners and IT delivery teams
Essential Experience:
- Full project life cycle understanding
- Wholesale Financial Services knowledge
- Technology software development experience
- Regulatory-focused business analysis
- Agile environment expertise
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Microsoft and project management tool proficiency
Desired Additional Skills:
- Market surveillance domain expertise
- Front Office process knowledge - broking methods: algo, hybrid, voice and electronic, trade and order capture including trading protocols RFQ, CLOB, etc.
- Product knowledge and modelling across wholesale markets FICC, ETDs and Equities using fpml, FIX and other similar industry standards.
- Understanding of global regulatory regimes
- Experience with data requirements in surveillance systems
- Scaled Agile framework experience
