Job Description:
Our client are looking for a highly skilled Process Consultant to join on a 6-month contract, assisting in the analysis and improvement of business processes using various enterprise tools. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with ARIS, BizDesign, Business Optics, Capsifi, and LeanIX, and who is well-versed in process mapping, optimization, and enterprise architecture. You will work closely with business and IT teams to ensure that process improvements are aligned with the strategic goals of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Mapping & Analysis: Utilize ARIS, BizDesign, Business Optics, Capsifi, and LeanIX to map, analyze, and optimize business processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, improving efficiencies, and reducing costs while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Documentation: Produce clear and concise process documentation, including process flows, reports, and recommendations for process enhancements.
- Tool Utilization: Leverage enterprise architecture tools (ARIS, BizDesign, etc.) to support the design, implementation, and management of business process models.
- Change Management: Support the implementation of process changes and ensure that new processes are successfully integrated into the organization's operations.
- Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on using process management tools and new processes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Process Consultant or similar role, with expertise in process mapping, analysis, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of ARIS, BizDesign, Business Optics, Capsifi, and LeanIX.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture and business process management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in an inside IR35 contracting environment.
- Ability to work onsite in London 2-3 days per week.
