My client is an instantly recognisable organisation who urgently require a Governance & Reporting Lead to join a business-critical programme.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Governance & Reporting Lead in a large, complex organisation.
• Previously developed and implemented governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Proven people management expertise in the governance, risk and compliance space.
• The ability to be a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices.
• The ability to translate technical statements to non technical audiences.
• Proficiency in governance and reporting software tools.
• The ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks in line with governance and reporting.

Nice to have:

• A bachelor's degree or professional certifications (ie CISA, CISM, CGEIT).
• Previous insurance industry experience.
