We're delighted to be working with our Glasgow based client to support expansion in their technology team with an addition of a Head of DevOps.

The role will be responsible for the technical delivery of key strategic initiatives, acting as the go-to person to ensure alignment with the business strategy and overseeing seamless execution to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and direct reports, serving as a bridge and representative between the business and all stakeholders.

This role is based in site in central Glasgow so candidates must be based within commuting distance and be able to be on site 3 - 4 days a week.

Experience and knowledge required:

• Previous experience working within a DevOps lead/management environments or similar software engineering roles
• Extensive experience within a fast paced, multi national, complex private sector environment
• Strong stakeholder Management skills
• Leading Teams
• Strong working knowledge of Agile Development Methodology
• Experience of working closely with software and product teams to drive the best customer results
