Facilities & Utilities Engineer - Dublin
Atrium UK is looking for an accomplished Facilities & Utilities Engineer to work onsite 5 days across 3 different business sites. You will work as part of the Engineering team to deliver hard services across the business. Travel will be required quarterly, between sites.
* Manage GxP and non-GxP related Service Provider contracts supporting Site Operations.
* Through Service Providers always maintain the facility in a GMP state and audit ready.
* Safety, Quality and non-Quality related investigations associated with service delivery from Service Providers. Provide Facilities technical support and oversight to the site projects team
* Budget management and optimisation of services delivered
* Contracts in scope include: Facility management, maintenance and repairs. Sanitization & cleaning of production areas, labs and support areas as required. Pest Control for production areas & non-production Areas. Laundry & delivery of garbing for production areas and non-production areas. Catering provision in the Restaurant and break areas across the site. Security systems including access control & CCTV and Lab supplies and lab services support.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership, performance management and employee development skills.
* GMP experience and safety knowledge an advantage.
* Strong project management skills (ie budget tracking, schedule development and adherence, project reporting).
* Familiarity with manufacturing environments would be an advantage.
* Demonstrated communication, administrative and leadership skills with ability to work well with other departments, and effectively and efficiently lead in a team environment.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to understand, implement, and monitor regulatory and safety guidelines applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
* Overseeing service delivery and maintaining and developing relationships with Service Providers
* Ensuring all the operating systems are in compliance with all Regulatory and Legal requirements. Support for regulatory and corporate audits.
