I am currently working with a private sector client near the Coventry area who are looking for an IT professional to join their growing business. This role will operate within the IT department underneath the IT Director with the ability to grow, upskill and build a career within a fast-paced environment.

- This role will offer - £32,000 p/a
- 5 days working on site in the West Midlands Area
- You must hold a valid UK DL and access to a car full time

Essential experience

• Working knowledge of an IT service desk
• ServiceNow
• Strong technical knowledge/understanding of IT Infrastructure
• O365
• Proven experience of working with suppliers and internal customers
• Project Management Accreditation
• ITIL/Service Management
• Relevant Microsoft technical certifications
• Navision
• VMWare, Veeam
• Desktop virtualisation
• HP & Cisco Switch management
• Project coordination or project management experience
