Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with expertise in Salesforce Industries (SFI) Insurance, Health Cloud, and advanced product modelling capabilities. This role will involve architecting scalable, end-to-end solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem while addressing both technical and business requirements. You will be instrumental in leading quote management initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to drive transformative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Define, document, and implement architectural solutions for complex business needs, focusing on Product Modelling and Quote Management using SFI Insurance and Health Cloud.
- Enterprise Integration: Design and deliver integration strategies for Salesforce and other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow and user experience.
- Technical Leadership: Lead workshops, provide architectural oversight, and ensure alignment of solutions with best practices and business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with business and technical teams to gather requirements, provide guidance, and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Scalability & Compliance: Architect scalable and regulatory-compliant solutions, optimising for performance and security.
- Development Oversight: Oversee technical delivery teams to ensure quality, adherence to timelines, and alignment with defined architectural standards.
- Roadmap Development: Contribute to the creation of Salesforce roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the organisation's digital strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
- Salesforce Expertise:
- Proficient in Salesforce Industries (SFI) Insurance, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce's product modelling capabilities and quote management processes.
- Architectural Acumen:
- Proven experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures.
- Ability to align architecture with business goals while considering scalability, security, and cost.
- Integration Experience:
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external platforms using APIs, Middleware, and other tools.
- Technical & Strategic Vision:
- Capable of bridging business needs with technical execution.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable Certifications
- Salesforce Industries (SFI) Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Agile Certification (eg, Scrum Master)
