Service Desk Analyst - Professional Services (Manchester)
Technology Service Desk Analyst is required to join a growing professional services organisation to provide key support to users across multiple UK offices. The role is based in Manchester (hybrid working - 2 days in office) and is a permanent role offering a base salary up to £31,000.
Working with the Service Desk Manager, within a wider team of 40+ technology specialists, this person will provide critical hands on and remote support to a wide range of stakeholders. The role requires proven experience supporting Windows 10, Office 365 environments. The role presents the opportunity for extensive learning, qualifications and progression with the technology team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience within a Service Desk role.
- Expert level knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365.
- MDM, troubleshooting iOS, Windows Laptops and Android devices
- Experience with post trade or derivative trading.
- Active Directory administration experience and exposure to service management tools.
