My client a leading health care organisation is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Digital Health R&D team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving critical data projects. Collaborate with world-class stakeholders to identify and deliver innovative technology solutions that power life-changing medical breakthroughs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business needs identification, driving strategic improvements.
• Plan and oversee analysis activities, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Build robust relationships with stakeholders to influence change effectively.
• Manage requirements analysis and design, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop compelling business cases for investment and evaluate solution proposals.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering data projects within pharma R&D, clinical trials, or similar.
• Experience with GxP compliance, particularly Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in clinical trial design and execution.
• Expertise in business analysis techniques for driving change.
• Proficiency with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP) and complex systems.
