CRM - Campaign Manager - Digital Marketing

3 days/week onsite in Surrey

We are looking for a Campaign Manager experienced in the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing initiatives. The candidate will be required to work 3 days onsite per week in Chertsey.

• 3+ years experience in a strategy focussed marketing role
• Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) strategy focused on enhancing customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Creating data-driven strategies to increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty, ultimately driving long-term growth and retention.
• Analysing customer insights, designing life cycle marketing programs, and optimizing CRM tools
• Delivers a consistent, high-value experience that nurtures and strengthens customer relationships, supporting both customer satisfaction and the company's growth goals.
