We're recruiting on behalf of an IT Services Provider who are looking for a CRM System Specialist to work on a critical migration project across their salesforce/HubSpot CRM system.

As a CRM System Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Help lead the migration process between Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and completeness.
• Work within a detailed migration plan, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Configure HubSpot/Salesforce systems to meet business requirements.
• Integrate CRM platforms with existing tools and systems (eg marketing automation, analytics, ERP).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the migration process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems, including administration and migration.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data structures and integration processes.
• Certifications in Salesforce (eg Salesforce Administrator) or HubSpot (desirable)
