  • Hybrid working - based in East London 3 days per week, 2 days remote

We are looking for an experienced People/HR Generalist to join an exciting Global Cyber Security company based in East London.

This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave and ideally looking for someone to start ASAP. Salary up to £60,000pa depending on experience. Hybrid role working 3 days out of their offices based in East London (closest tube is Old Street) and then 2 days remote working.

As People/HR Generalist you will be the first point of contact for employees in your region (EMEA, APJ) and provide them with a seamless world-class employee experience.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting all employees in your region with overall HR queries
  • Create and send out promotion/transfers letters via Workday for the EMEA/APJ region
  • Audit details regarding promotion/transfer letters and partner with regional People Partners when needed
  • Oversee other routine job changes such as manager changes or large reorganisations
  • Assist with aspects of the offboarding process, which includes Workday processing, calendar invites, offboarding documents, etc.
  • Assist with payroll documentation
  • Oversee routine and ad-hoc Workday audits to ensure data cleanliness
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Assist with any issues pertaining to time off in EMEA/APJ

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within Human Resources
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
  • Ideally strong Excel skills including creation and utilization of formulars, pivot tables, v-lookups, charts and graphs
  • Ability to work in a high volume, tight deadline environment
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking skills and resourcefulness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service mentality
