Job Title: Registered Building Inspector/Building Control
Duration: 6months+
Day rate: £400 - £500 per day Inside IR35
Location: London offices (hybrid - 1 or 2 days a week)

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Registered Building Inspector/Building Control to join their team for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/experience required

• Building Control experience
• Local Authority Building Control experience preferred
• Achieved or working towards BSR registration (Class 3)
• Ability to carry out the full range of duties ie Plan checking and site inspections
• Hours could be flexible and working location could be flexible (although site inspections are within Haringey)
• Transport required for site inspections
