Job Title: Finance Integration & Change Accountant
Salary: £600 per day (Inside IR35 Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 4 months

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-and post-acquisition finance activities, ensuring smooth financial integration of newly acquired businesses.
- Collaborate with the M&A Team, Payroll, Treasury, and Finance teams to deliver seamless integration.
- Develop and implement processes and controls for onboarding acquisitions into business-as-usual operations.
- Reconcile data and define processes before handover to business-as-usual teams.
- Prepare and post ledger journals, ensuring accuracy and appropriate support.
- Create acquisition-related documents, such as opening balance sheets and completion accounts, with UK GAAP to IFRS adjustments.
- Work with Group finance departments to ensure accurate accounting.
- Assist acquired businesses with migration to group systems.
- Support audit processes and help local finance teams meet requirements.
- Drive finance change activities across teams and business units.
Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of CASS, IFRS and UK GAAP
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent (QBE considered)
- Experience in finance integration, financial control, and project management
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to change
