Senior IT Engineer

You'll work hands-on with clients, supporting and troubleshooting to help them with their technical issues resolved as quickly as possible via telephone and tickets, act as an escalation point to other engineer and to be involved with the onboarding and management of client and customers. What You'll Do:
- Offer support to customers and clients on the phone
- Dealing with and logging Tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Help onboard new customers and clients
- Plenty of project work to get involved with
- Work with the other engineers to help solve customer issues as an escalation point
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experienced with Office 365 and Exchange
- Comfortable using Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD
- Knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 and Servers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Networking experience - Switches, Routers, Servers, Firewalls etc
- Virtualisation experience with VMware/Hyper-V
- Experience with Back up Solutions
- Previous experience in an MSP environment (Desirable).
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Work Pattern: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £30k-£35k DOE
