Head of IT Operations sought to join an organisation undergoing significant transformation to deliver IT services across the business including managing 3rd party relationships. You will ensure that all technology is both fit for purpose and secure and lead a team delivering support and service improvement.

Candidates will demonstrate the following -

• Experience of leading and transforming IT operations
• Proven knowledge of cyber security.
• Solid understanding and a track record of introducing or embedding ITIL process .
• Strong vendor management capability.
• Strong people management capability with the ability to work with technical teams and also interface at a senior level in the business.
