My client is urgently searching for a Battery Designer/Battery Developer with Li-Ion batteries experience to work on a critical control role in Europe, Sweden. The customer intends to further develop its battery production and develop new battery solutions. The consultant will work with the development and design of advanced battery systems with a focus on Li-Ion batteries. The role involves leading projects from concept to finished product, including design, construction and assembly of batteries.

A successful candidate will have excellent experience in:

Battery Designer - 7 years experience

Battery Developer 7 years experience

Li-Ion batteries - indepth knowledge

Project management and ability to work independently in small to medium-sized companies.

Batteries less than 1 kWh.

Documented experience of building and assembling batteries.

Experience in implementing production of own battery design.

Building and assembling batteries - documented experience

Implementing production of own battery design.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop battery systems according to specifications and requirements.

Build and assemble batteries for various applications.

Perform tests and validations of battery systems.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure design requirements are met.

Document design processes and results.

Qualifications:

Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in teams.

Experience with EMC requirements

Experience with MIL-std requirements

The assignment runs for one year, starting ASAP and with the possibility of extension.
